What a propaganda!!!The safest place in afghanistan are the east cities that are neighboring Iran. The peace full nation in east side of Afghanistan share their culture with Iranians.The war and fatalities comes from west and south-west of afghanistan that is neighboring with Pakistan and India.How can Iran give weapons to Al-Qaeda and Taliban somehow thAt is not being used agaist Irannians by Jondollah ( an allied group with Taliban).
