People can actually do a lot of things with Windows 3.1 and its apps (and there were a lot of apps in them). I sometimes find that the older version of the Paintbrush is actually more useful. But that's my experience.

Did you Install Windows 3.1 or You are Running Windows 3.1 on Virtual PC

Agreed. Also, I got 3.11 running in DOSBox full screen and tried out Paintbrush and I swear the control you have with the mouse is far more accurate than the XP version.

I have veeerryyyy old Acer, and i have installed Windows 3.11 on that. I've installed SkiFree too. :)
