i found that eating 2 cloves of RAW garlic a day will get my blood pumping to the right spot..try it :) well the point really is correct your diet, plenty of exercise, adequate rest, and spiritual attunement

white rice = not wholefood because they grind and polish out the outer skin which has the primary nutrients of riceunpolished rice such as brown rice = wholefoodand cooking generally kills nutrients..just soak the rice until they turn soft.

at the very least we need to know what his diet is, physical activity, any trauma, medical history, and psychological state..it sounds like a very serious problem.if you can, give him more RAW vegetables (not fruits), regular filtered clean water, alot of rest, start with low intensity exercise, get krill oil for omega3..you can have him checked up by medical institute but i wouldnt recommend taking the drugs..unless it is necessary for short-term solution

Every individual has a unique metabolic/nutritional type. This ranges from high carbs low fat/protein type TO low carbs high fat/protein type..if you feel fine, have great performance with your current diet, then it probably suits you..we listen to our own body..check out Dr Mercola, he is lowcarb high fat/protein type. well perhaps you can reduce animal meat and replace it with plant source or eggs and dairy..i have a feeling human is better off without animal meat

Hi Paul. Enjoying your clips on youtube. Could you answer this for me, 50% of my diet is saturated fat, some days a little higher. What is your opinion on this amount of saturated fat. It consists of coconut oil, animal meats (organic) eggs,(free range) butter(organic) lard and unpasturised raw cheese. I am struggling at present to defend this amount, even though I bleieve this amount is crucial.
