You folks have to file a lawsuit against them nonetheless, punishing this police department, if you are successful, is the most immediate thing you can do to protect the Constitution.

i would booby trap my entire house and hide in the basement and blow the fuck outta the pigs when they came in. then shoot the fuck outta them on my way out, steal one of their cars and fuck up whoever gave them orders to surround my house for being a news reporter

yeah, but then you be falling on thier trap. technically they cant surround your property without a warrant. If they are WAITING for a warrant they can be told to leave the premises and they have to comply, unless its a hostage situation or the persuit of a suspect. when cops die, i really dont loose sleep about, thats one less gun on the streets. and its funny the cops aint there when crimes occur, and if they are, they call SWAT like lil bitches with no heart or honor.

USA is not a Democracy but a shared dictatorship. If it really was a democracy then there would be more political parties.
