EXACTLY. Brute force like a repeated tazering should ONLY be used when officers are in DIRECT danger. NOT FOR SIMPLE COMPLIANCE. Three guys can more than handle on hand cuffed kid. But this isn't about that. This is about COMPLIANCE CONDITIONING !!! Simple as any mouse study in a lab.

Every officer is trained in the use of tazers. They all have to be tazed as part of thier training. They KNOW full well it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to stand while and right after being tazed. This isn't about compliance. This is about MAKING A POINT and TERRORIZING CITIZENS.Some people say why not just show ID, what do you have to hide? will you say that when they are doing house to house searches?There will be a time to stand up and fight back. Is it now? no, but it will come !!!

They just antagonized him to taser him more. After a while, the tazering last 30 seconds or more. Thats police brutality. Watch it again at the mid point I think. Downstairs from being up they tazered him and he screamed the whole time.

Why would he not get up when he knows he's going to get tased again if he doesn't. It is obvious that he couldn't, either because his mind wasn't clear after being repeatly tased or his legs were too weak.....I don't agree with excessive force unless their lives were in danger.
