What, the scriptures say that there will be a guy called Eckhart Tolle and avoid him because he is a false god. Also you are the only one here implying that he is a god, no one else is, bit strange. You want to make Eckhart into a God, why is that?

lavande99...your world according to Tolle has no freedom ~ it teaches there are certain emotions that will "vibrate your brains"...and create a Telletubbie earth..this earth will of course not have any churches or OTHER religions to create "bad vibrations"...kinda wondering where all the Christians and Jews will go?~~~and then you find ?advice? in the spaces between thoughts?...how do you know ET is a false god?..because Scripture tells us he is false and his words and teachings are false...

He brought the message to mankind that assurance of Salvation comes through resting in the sufficiency of Christ's work on our behalf.~1John~And this is the testimony : God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life;he who does not have the Son does not have life.~ you and Eckhart are not more divine than Jesus

memama-most people in this forum are acquainted with your beliefs and can recite them to you with accuracy. Can you accurately explain what Mr. Tolle and other Advaita teachers are saying? That is a rhetorical question of course, because you have already demonstrated a complete and utter lack of grasp of that teaching. It has eluded you thoroughly and totally. I bet you're a pretty good cook tho.

memama2 - I use to volunteer in Hospice and the largest regret people had prior to passing was the inability of letting go of the past and their emotional needs. The ones who have passed wished nothing more than to have lived and enjoyed the moment...

~~~how sad to think that you had all those unnamed heros fight for the right of you to mouth 500 platitudes and not say the words: Thank You....to them....our Veteran's Cemetary has a sign on the cross street called "Hero's Avenue"~~~and it is one you do not understand~~~when someone believes a false teacher and a false way to God...they never have anything but false thinking~and that is how they live their whole lives...but it is a choice they make....and reject Holy Creator God and His words~

You have a lot of healing as it obvious certain circumstances have brought you to a level of despondency.Its OK to believe, love, forgive and embrace yourself You're worthy of this plus more...
