You know what you should do!Stop eating!I dont know if this works but you should stop eating burgers chips sweets and crap like that!You should run or if you dont have time you can do jumprope or that ^^^^!It looks prety intence so it should give results!

im nearly 14 and i do all 15 power cleans etc, jumping jacks and ski steps are just divided so basicall 75, rest 10 sec, 75 again. Simple, I dont know why u 13s dont wana try hard, no pain no gain....
