hey guys I'm 18. stand 6"1 and weigh 283. i workout 6 days a week. and use creatine. two things you need to know about creatine: if u abuse it, it will hurt you and creatine will only work if you have a great diet. this video is accurate, do not believe anyone who says this man is lying. just be careful with your usage and stay consistent.

Most of this is false. Creatine makes most of people look bloated. Gakic does not work at all, most hardcore suppliment stores dropped it. Also the big companies are the ones you dont want to use, as they are the ones that take advantage of the people that are new to working out....Get in contact with me if you want better advice on suppliments

at your age protein is fine...u dont really need much else at your age...then when u get around 18 maybe look into creatine..but u dont really need much more than a good protein and a high calorie high protein diet

Dextrose is a Sugar that when combined with Creatine or Protein induces an insulin spike to maximize the uptake of the protein or Creatine being taken with it.But it's better to combine Waxi Maize or Vitarogo with Creatine and protein than Dextrose

u dont really need to be taking any supplements at ur age. all u need to do is eat healthy and exercise

lift less days in a week. 6 days in a week will make your muscles tired, so they will not grow up. do u know when u muscle grow up? when u are doing rest. eat 5-6 meals at day, every 2 - 3 hours. eat a lot of proteins food after gym. good luck and be patient

Has anyone heard of a product called Nor-Tren? Its a pro steroid product, it sounds like the real deal. I'm a 22 yr old college student who weighs 196 with 12% body fat. I want to cut my body fat in half and add some more lean mass...lift 6 days a week; Greg Plitt work out, run about 16-20 miles a week. Any advice?
